Privacy & cookie policy
How we collect, use and protect your personal information.
Innovative Learning Solutions Ltd, trading as 24 Hosting (registered in Ireland, company number 460035, VAT IE9691078C), is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we look after it.
Who we are
Innovative Learning Solutions Ltd, Platform94, Mervue Business Park, Galway, H91 D932, Ireland. Email helpdesk@24.ie, phone +353 91 395 333.
What we collect and why
- Enquiries – when you use our contact form, email or call us, we use your name, email address, phone number and message to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
- Clients – to provide our services and bill for them we keep names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and order history in our secure client area. Legal basis: performance of a contract and our legal obligations (e.g. tax records).
- Domain registrations – registries may require extra information, such as a CRO number or proof of address for a .ie domain. We pass this to the relevant registry as part of your application.
- Support tickets – our helpdesk stores your name, email address, phone number and the details of your request, so we can help you securely.
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with third parties where needed to provide a service you’ve asked for (for example, domain registries), under agreements that require them to protect it in line with GDPR.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
How we protect your information
Personal information is kept on password-protected systems, and all connections to them are encrypted with SSL/TLS. We keep information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law.
Where your data is stored
Our client area and everything we host for our clients – websites, email accounts, databases and backups – are stored only on servers in data centres in the European Union.
When you email us, your message is handled by Google Workspace, provided by Google Ireland Ltd. Google may process data outside the EU, protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. If you prefer, you can contact us by phone or through the secure helpdesk in our client area instead.
